3 Achieve one thing every day. Set a goal that is your top priority, make a plan, and do it.
4 Stay on track. Do not let challenges in your day throw you. Take a deep breathe, regroup, and get back on your path.
5 Incorporate exercise into your daily routine. Exerting yourself physically will help you ease the stress of your day and boost your energy levels.
6 Surround yourself with a supportive community. If your work environment is not supportive, know who you can turn to via a quick call, email or text to give you the support you need during the day.
7 Find a personal passion and make time for it. Maintain a part of your life that you do only for you, not for your loved ones, your career or external rewards. Let it be something that you can always look forward to and let it help sustain you.
8 Realize that fear, setbacks and disappoints are a part of all successful peoples’ lives. Use them as opportunities to learn and to grow as an individual.
9 Give back. Do something for the community and expect nothing in return. Karma.
10 Reflect. Examine how you do things, what works for you and what does not and continue to make positive changes. Tomorrow is just around the corner…
